He is survived by: his former spouse Sandy Cook; his wife Carol Trapp-Farr; his children, Rob Garcia (Beth), Mike Garcia and Nikki Toay (Tom); his grandsons, Blake Garcia, Wyatt and Kurt Toay; his sisters, Dorothy Garcia and Mary Garcia; his stepchildren, Jamie, Randy and Scott Farr; and his siblings-in-law, Darlene Rhone, Dennis and Jeff Trapp. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
