He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Tank and Irma Schrauth Tank; his siblings, Joan Zwieg and Robert Tank; and his siblings-in-law, Jerry Farr, David Pluim and Connie Tank.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann of Waupun; his children, Douglas Tank (Laurie) of Waupun, Daniel Tank (Lana) of Waupun and Cheryl DenHartigh (David) of Waupun; his grandchildren, Adam, Taylor Tank, Sydney and Aaron DenHartigh; his great grandchild Parker; his sister Ruth Ann Farr; and his siblings-in-law, Elden Zwieg, Ronald Pluim and Delores Pluim. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
