It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Malter of Waupun, Wisconsin, born in Dodgeville, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 9, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Malter and Ellen Pauley Malter; his former wife Bev Vick; his stepfather Sy Fox; his children, Nick and Mari Behnke; his son-in-law Scott Behnke; and his great grandchildren, Miles and Paul.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene Mannigel Marks of Waupun; his children, Becky Maly (Jamie) of Waupun, Patty Franke (Jim) of Horicon, Kevin Malter (Lucy) of Fond, Lac and Mick Marks (Julie) of Beaver Dam; his grandchildren, Jeni Maly, Katie Maly, Mandi Rivera (John), Calli Malter, Preston Franke, Parker Franke, Kevin Marks (Katherine Anderson), Kelly Marks, Taryn Behnke and Matt Behnke (Sarah); and his great grandchildren, Kaylin, Evalyn, Jonah, Jori, Emma and Ruthie. He is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
