She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Beekman and Marion Beekman (Hopp). She is survived by: her husband David Schwark; her sons, Randal Schwark (Deborah), Ricky Schwark (Kathy) and Jeffrey Schwark (Robyn); her grandchildren, Jocelynn Pitz (Travis), Breanna Marwitz (Erik), Madison Mattila (Brandyn), Elijah Schwark and Reese Schwark; her great grandchildren, Millie Marwitz and Gustav Marwitz; and her sisters, Marilyn Klumpers (Alton), Sharon Levey (Jim), Diane Allen (Dan) and Luanne Hull (Jerry). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be established in Phyllis' name to Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church.
