He is survived by: his wife Sandra Amacher; his daughters, Elizabeth Van Beek (Eric) of Brandon and Jenifer Derksen (Jeff) of Waupun; his grandchildren, Ethan, Emrick, Addison, Brooke and Ella; his parents, Merlin Tolsma and Shirley Tolsma; and his siblings, Jeffrey Tolsma (June), Robert Tolsma (Catherine), Timothy Tolsma, Constance Bisby (Robert) and Jill Ridder (Thornton). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
