With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Leroy Vande Slunt of Waupun, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 24, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Slunt and Leona Vande Slunt (Luther); his wife Jan; and his siblings, Alice Gilbertson (Jimmy), Delmar Vande Slunt (Martha), Erna Voskuil (Bernard), Hariette Westra (Ed), Adeline Jahns (Marvin), Howard Vande Slunt (Mert) and Margie Vandestreek (Norman).
He is survived by: his sons, Mike Vande Slunt (Sue) of Waupun and Mark Vande Slunt (Deb) of Oostburg; his grandchildren, Jerica Landaal (Chris), Javan Vande Slunt (Sylvia), Reid Vande Slunt and Brynn Peterson (Ben); his great grandchildren, Auden, Beckhem, Dekker Landaal, Malachi and Killian Vande Slunt; and his brother-in-law Alan Beyer (Judy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
