He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Holz and Marion Holz; his nephew Jay Holz; and his parents-in-law, Doris and Edwin Klebs.
He is survived by: his wife Charmaine "Char" Holz of Waupun; his sons, Michael Holz (Melissa) of Malone and Daniel Holz (Jennifer) of Waupun; his grandchildren, Trenton (Sophia), Katelyn, Mason and Raegan; his brothers, Lynn Holz of Waupun and Gerald Holz (Helen) of Waupun; and his sister-in-law Cheryl Klebs. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
