She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Neu and Victoria Neu (Neishiem); her sisters, Marlene Doer and Bonnie Otto (Ken "Orangey"); her son-in-law Tony Vielbaum; her great grandchild Ava Lily Nelson; and her brother-in-law Orangey.
She is survived by: her husband Gary Nelson; her children, Connie Kempke (Brian), Chris Nelson (Sharon), Ken Nelson (Tracy), Yvonne Gaspardo (Ron), Kim Vielbaum and Paul Nelson (Michelle); her sister Barbara Kom (Don); and her brother-in-law Wayne Nelson (Rita). She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
