He is survived by: his significant other Dani Lebakken of Hustisford; his parents, Roland Buchholz and Joyce Buchholz of Waupun; and his sisters, Becky Sill (Trisha Buchholz) of South Carolina and Dawn Moore (Paul Buchholz) of Oshkosh. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
