He is survived by: his children, Rachel and Justin; his siblings, Robert Schmidt of Marquette, MI, Lloyd Schmidt (Lori) of Butler, Karen Winters of Wausau and Ellen McDonald (Jack) of Beaver Dam; and his close friend Dale Vande Slunt of Waupun. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
