She was predeceased by: her parents, John Posthuma and Clara Posthuma (Hoffman); her husband Jerry Tjepkema; her daughter Louise Vincent; her great grandchild Jenna Voigt; and her siblings, Eli, Cliff, Jim, Alvin, Carl, Jake Posthuma, Agnes Schmidt and Grace Fietz.
She is survived by: her children, Janice DeVries (John) of Waupun, Dennis (Anne) of Waupun, Steve of Waupun, Calvin Tjepkema (Wanda) of Waupun, Clarissa Roets (Dan) of Waupun, Gerald (Karen) of Waupun and Jeanann Tjepkema (Mike Marx) of Waupun; her son-in-law Brian Vincent; her sisters, Sylvia Smith (Clinton) and Clarine Buteyn (Ron); and her siblings-in-law, Betty, Alice, Jane Posthuma and Herman Aalsma. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
