We are sad to announce that on September 28, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Janice Sullivan (Waupun, Wisconsin), born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Chlebowski and Margaret Chlebowski; and her brother Donald Chlebowski (Karen Blank). She is survived by: her child Creator God; her husband Robert Sullivan of Waupun, WI; her children, Christopher Sullivan, Carolyn Heinrich (Kurt), Matthew Sullivan (Beth), Brian Sullivan (Cindy Richgels), Theodore Sullivan (Jessica), Kathryn Dillie (Jeffrey) and James Sullivan (Tiffany); her grandchildren, Victoria, Nathan, Lauren Heinrich, Gabrielle Sullivan, Evan, Eliana, Adeline Sullivan Richgels, Brennan, Ashton Sullivan, Jacob, Genevieve, Benjamin, Lucy and Caleb Dillie; her stepgranddaughters, Jessica Arthur and Rebecca Young; her great grandchildren, Natalia and Benito Alvarado; her brothers, Michael Chlebowski (Joyce) and Robert Chlebowski (Linda); and her brother-in-law John Sullivan (Nancy). She is also survived by her husband, children, grandchildren.
Visitation will begin at 9:30 A. M. on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Waupun, WI, until Mass of Christian Burial at 12 P. M. Please follow COVID 19 protocols; masks kindly encouraged.
Memorial Contributions A memorial is being established in Jan's name with the intent of donating to the Waupun Public Library and St. Joseph's Catholic Church of Waupun, WI.
