He is survived by: his wife Wanda; his children, James Petersen (Carla), Chris Krueger (Jerold) and Michael Petersen (Janine); his grandchildren, Eric Krueger (Jennifer), Nathan Petersen (Jennifer), Steven Krueger (Danyel), Maegan Dickerson (Kory) and Raina Elissa (Matthew); and his great grandchildren, Hailey, Kiara, Claire, Kayl, Jacy, Jacob, William, Audrey, Mykela and Kori. He is also survived by many friends and two nieces.
