She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Zande and Anes Duven Vande Zande; her children, Tim, Cindy and Mark; and her siblings, Erwin Vande Zande, Merlin "Mike" Vande Zande, Kent Vande Zande, Laverne Henslin, Sylvia Schouten and Ellen Sommers.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Bronkhorst; and her siblings, Warren "Bud" Vande Zande (Kay), Keith Vande Zande, Velma Seidl, Judy Vernon, Elaine Veenhuis (Bob) and Delores Vande Kolk. She is also survived by 11 foster children; several nieces and nephews; and brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
