Westphal (Kim) of Beaver Dam; his grandchildren, Ben Breuer (Natalie), Natalie Breuer (Kraig Meredith), Jessica Richter (Mike) and Joshua Westphal; his great grandchildren, Maleah Threets and Lauren Richter; his nieces, Dawn Johnson (Greg) and Brenda Schooff (Jerry); his nephew Edward Garbe; and his siblings, David Westphal (Phyliss), Fredrick Westphal (Janet), Sharon Westphal and Gary Westphal. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
