He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Heeringa and Alice Boersma Heeringa; his children, Karen L. Heeringa and Ed Heeringa; and his siblings, Norman, Andrew, William Heeringa and Sylvia Montsma.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Heeringa of Waupun; his children, Tim Heeringa (Sherryl) of Campbellsport, Bob Heeringa (Michele) of Friesland, Ron Heeringa of Brandon, Benita Ter Beest (Milan) of Manchester, Mary Dull (Mike) of Waupun, Jean Schraufnagel (Jason) of Brownsville and Kathy Hilgers (Tim) of Randolph; his daughter-in-law Lynn Heeringa of Fox Lake; his brothers, Dick Heeringa (Barb) of Waupun, Sam Heeringa (Barb) of Prescott, AZ and Richard Heeringa (Nancy) of Delavan; and his sister-in-law Jean Heeringa of Mukwanago. He is also survived by grandchildren; great-grandchildren.
