She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Schouten and Hattie DeMotts Schouten; her children, Kathy Westra (Steve) and Chuck Bille (Deb); her daughter-in-law Katie Bille; her grandchildren, Ben Westra (Julie), Annie Syens (Matt), Helen Kooima (Bob), Nick Bille (Jenn), Camarie Wamsley (Jacob), Michelle Wiersma (Mike) and Kensey Bille; her sister-in-law Rose Schouten; her husband Bill Bille; and her son Dale. She was also cherished by 17 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
