It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Aalpoel of Waupun, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 22, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Medema and Allie Bronkhorst Medema; her husband John Aalpoel Jr. of Waupun; her great grandchild Alex; and her brothers, Alvin Medema, George Medema, John Medema and Clayton Medema.
She is survived by: her daughters, Marilyn Ford (Michial) of Waupun, Dianne Hendricks (Mark) of Alto and Lori Woock (Mitch) of Portage; her grandchildren, Chad Ford, Melanie Gerritson (Erick), Jennifer Scheuers (Jonathan), Heath Hendricks (Marcelle), Jared Woock (Shyla), Adam Woock, Zachary Woock (Mariah) and Noah Woock; her great grandchildren, Alec, Kade, Brady, Cassie, Ethan, Ellise and Luke; and her siblings, Margaret Mittelstaedt of Waupun, Thelma Medema of Waupun and Rev. Ted Medema (Julie) of Alto. She is also survived by brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, and nieces and nephews.
Memorial Contributions. In lieu of flowers a memorial in Helen's name will be started.
