He is survived by: his daughter Kelly Marek; his grandchildren, Meghan Borgestad (Pat), Taylor Moening, Maxwell Marek and Mason Marek; his great grandchildren, Chloe, Brady, Blake and Briggs; and his siblings, Steve Holzer (Vickie) and Dixie Holzer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
