She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Feyereisen and Lena Feyereisen (Birenbaum); her husband Milan Polenska; her granddaughter Stephanie Polenska; her siblings, Elizabeth Biever (John), Leona Rupp (Lawrence), Rev. Nicholas Feyereisen and Lawrence Feyereisen; and her sister-in-law Rosemary Feyereisen.
She is survived by: her children, Beverly Compton (Robert) of Missouri, Sandra Schmidt (James) of Fond, Lac, Susan Dennert (Paul) of Waukesha and Michael Polenska (Wendy) of Waupun; her brother Herman Feyereisen; and her sister-in-law Sally Feyereisen. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; one great great-granddaughter.
