With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Elton Van Buren (Waupun, Wisconsin), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 27, 2024 at the age of 69. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elton Van Buren to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Buren and Ethel Westra Van Buren; and his brothers, Marlin and Dean Van Buren. He is survived by: his sons, Shannon "Bud" Van Buren (Stephanie), Nathan Van Buren (Payal Chawda), Michael Jaremba (Autumn Andrle) and Gabriel "Boy" Mendez; his grandchildren, Mitchell Van Buren, Jade Bukowiec (Tyler), Kilie Shaw (Stewart), Brennan Van Buren, Keegan Van Buren (Neidin Facer), Monica Jaremba and Autumn Mendez; his great grandchildren, Adelyn Bukowiec, Silas BonDurant and Ayla Elaine Bukowiec; his siblings, Ardell Van Buren, Berwyn Van Buren (Audrey), Bonnie Vande Zande (Milan), Merlin Van Buren (Ann) and Rev. David Van Buren (Sarah); and his aunt Margaret Mason. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Werner-Harmsen Funeral Home (201 E Jefferson St, Waupun, WI 53963). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
