She is survived by: her husband Howard "Howie" Westphal of Waupun; her children, Kim M. Breuer of Lake Mills, Kelly A. Westphal (Donna Osterhoff) of Rio and Ken F. Westphal (Kim) of Beaver Dam; her grandchildren, Ben Breuer (Natalie), Natalie Breuer (Kraig Meredith), Jessica Richter (Mike) and Joshua Westphal; her great grandchildren, Maleah Threets and Lauren Richter; her nieces, Dawn Johnson (Greg) and Brenda Schooff (Jerry); her nephew Edward Garbe; and her siblings-in-law, David Westphal (Phyliss), Fredrick Westphal (Janet), Gary Westphal and Sharon Westphal. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
