He is survived by: his foster children, John, Lloyd, Ted, Alice Young, Kim Hogan, Jason Smith, Tim Smith, Tim Clafort, Kathy Radish, Michael and Henry Hinkel; and his brother Lyle Bronkhorst (Helen) of Waupun.
