He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Steven Rogers (Caroline), Sheralind Marcus (Brian), Jason Howe (Kathryn), Heather Howe, Hannah Howe, Lydia Howe and Judah Howe (Katherine); and his sister-in-law Hallie Howe. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
