He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold McCullough and Harriet McCullough (Tank); and his sister-in-law Maggie McCullough. He is survived by: his wife Winifred Levenhagen; his children, Todd McCullough of Waupun, Brad (Rachelle) of Belleville and Melissa Kampe (Doug) of Phoenix, AZ; his grandsons, Logan, Gavin McCullough and Preston Kampe; and his siblings, Dale McCullough of Madison and Darlene Dunn (Brian) of Oshkosh. He is also survived by numerous brothers and sisters-in-law as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
