She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Hoffman and Elsie Hoffman (Alsum); her husband Robert Lemmenes; her siblings, Tena Dykstra (Bill), Agnes Westra (Ed), Jake Hoffman (Margie), Carl Hoffman (Myrt), John Hoffman (Evelyn), Melvin Hoffman (Alice), Caroline Heeringa (Norman) and Eleanor Hoffman; her brother-in-law Marvin Alsum; and her in-laws, Howard Lemmenes (Everdeen), Elton Lemmenes (Ann) and Ruthanne Follmer (Noel).
She is survived by: her former husband Brian Hemp; her children, James Lemmenes (Kimberly) of Humboldt, IA, Jean Lemmenes of Holland, MI and Joan Hermsen (Scott) of Waunakee; her stepchildren, Eric Hemp (Michelle) of McFarland and Jodi O'Leary (Shawn) of Green Bay; her grandchildren, Anna Walker (Nick), Andrew Lemmenes (Katy), Elissa Hermsen, Emily Saskowski (Joseph) and Eric Hermsen; her stepgrandchildren, Diedrich Hemp, Isaac Hemp and Carissa Hemp; her great grandchildren, Avery Walker, Ellie Lemmenes, Jonah Lemmenes and Lydia Lemmenes; her siblings, Joann Alsum and Ronald Hoffman (Harriet); and her sister-in-law Linda Albright (George). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
