He is survived by: his wife Kathy of Waupun; his children, Dawn Rohr (Mark) of Waupun, Jamie Rake of Waupun, Jennifer Morgan (Jason) of Fond, Lac Kamphuis and Nicole Kamphuis of Oshkosh; his grandchildren, Lucas and Makenna Morgan; and his siblings, Margaret Miedema (Martin) of Waupun, Karen Slager (Robert), Wanda Zatopa (James), Orville Kamphuis (Lac) of Fond, Alan Kamphuis (Cena) of Waupun and Kay Marose (Paul) of Juneau. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
