She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Link and Agnella Link; her husband John "Jack" Seaman; and her sons, David and Peter.

She is survived by: her children, Anthony Seaman (Cindy) of Whitefish Bay, Kathleen Johnsen (Peter) of Fitchburg and Michael Seaman (Kari) of Pittsburgh; her grandchildren, Benji, Brody Seaman, Grant Johnsen, Eli and Noah Seaman; her sisters, Marian Mann (Kenneth) of Mukwonago and Joyce Graff (Ronald) of Sun Prairie; and her sister-in-law Delores Kosanke of Pewaukee. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Memorial Contributions. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Bernice's name to Edgewood College in Madison or St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Waupun.
