She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Stelsel and Aleita Stelsel (Tavs); and her sister Joyce Frei. She is survived by: her husband Paul Elenius; her children, Cheryl Schneider (Michael), Peter Elenius (Sherryl), Jon Elenius and David Elenius; her grandchildren, Laura Lambrecht, David Schneider (Amy), Jennifer Dieringer (Joshua), Nathan Schneider (Lynette), Timothy Schneider (LoraJo), Justin Schneider (Caity), Jordan Schneider, Jared Schneider (Abigail), Melissa Hataj (Jason), Sarah Schneider (Dalton Honsinger), Nicki Cornell (Gene), Paul Elenius (Bree), Kathryn Elenius and Jordan Elenius; her brother James Stelsel (Karen); and her brother-in-law Eugene Frei. She is also survived by 39 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
