He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius Kamp and Hattie Pluim Vande Kamp; his siblings, Clarence, Gordon, George Vande Kamp, Christine Frens and Janet Vande Berg; and his niece Ruth Vande Berg Ryan.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Vande Kamp of Fox Lake; his daughters, Sue VanHouten (Jon) of Waupun, Lori McBride III (George) of Slinger and Jill Aylesworth (Scott) of Waupun; and his grandchildren, Ben Vande Slunt (Mary), Meaghan Hayes (David), Katlyn Hansen (Steve), Bridgett Maslovitz (Jeremy), Jennifer Faeh (Kevin), Michael McBride (Keri Ann) and Erin Aylesworth. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Private Services/Burial Due to Covid-19 a private family service will be held with Pastor Gwen Loomans officiating.
