She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Herr and Alice Herr (Epele); her husband Jack Van Benthem; and her brother Joseph'Riley'Farmer. She is survived by: her children, Margo Lambert (Kenneth) of Waupaca, WI and Jon Van Benthem (Heather) of Berthoud, CO; and her friend Thomas Aldworth. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the Waupaca Area Food Pantry or Foundations for Living.
