She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Leeman (Boodry) and Royal "Bud" Leeman; and her son James Kempfert. She is survived by: her husband Richard Kempfert of Waupaca; her children, Kaydee Ruppert (Joe) of Appleton and Joel Kempfert (Patti) of Waupaca; her grandchildren, Bethany and Aaron Ruppert of Appleton; and her sister Sara Duda of Seymour.
