It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley A. Jorgensen of Waupaca, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 3, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Drechsel and Erna Drechsel (Kleinschmidt); her daughter Judy Carlson; and her siblings, Robert, James, Walter, Gerald and Lois Andrews.
She is survived by: her daughters, Phyllis Gustke (Donald) of Waupaca, Nancy Berg of Waupaca and Lisa Gustke of New London; her son-in-law Jeff Carlson of Waupaca; and her sister-in-law Mary Drechsel of Neenah. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church of Waupaca (206 E Badger St, Waupaca, WI 54981). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
