Roger J. Preder Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 7, 2025, at the age of 65, Roger J. Preder of Waupaca, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Preder and Bernice Preder (Rumpff); his parents-in-law, Gilbert and Marie Casper; his brother David Preder; his nephews, Jeremy Krahn, Adam Preder and Mark Abler; and his siblings-in-law, Rose Ann Stephany, Mary Casper, Kathleen Casper and Chuck Sesing.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Preder of Waupaca; his sons, Brian Preder of Weyauwega and Daniel Preder (Katie) of Dry Ridge, KY; his grandsons, Owen and Finn Preder; his siblings, Garry Preder (Kim) of Glenbeulah, Nancy Krahn (Bruce "Froggy" Froh) of Glenbeulah and Donald Preder of Watertown; and his siblings-in-law, Yvonne Preder of Plymouth, Mary Lou Abler (Paul) of Mt. Calvary, Kenneth Casper of Marytown, Janet Casper of Mt. Calvary, Laura Engel (Bill) of Mt. Calvary, James Casper (Bonnie) of Chilton and Larry Casper (Barb) of Chilton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the A. J. Holly & Sons (526 S Main St, Waupaca, WI 54981). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 8:00 PM at the Holly Funeral Home (526 S Main St, Waupaca, WI 54981). A burial was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Greenlawn Memorial Park (6706 Superior Ave, Kohler, WI 53044).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Roger's name may be made to the Waupaca County Dairy Youth Committee.
