Richard S. Jensen Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard S. Jensen in Waupaca, Wisconsin, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on January 8, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Charles Jensen and Billie Jane Jensen (Cooke). He is survived by: his wife Sally Jean Jensen (Copps); his children, Sarah Paynter Hasselhof (Gert), Erik Jensen (Sara), Stephen Jensen (Jennifer) and Amy Burke (Jim); his grandchildren, Melissa Rabiego (Zachary), Lizzy Paynter, Abby Paynter, Erin Kite, Elliot Kite, Jack Jensen and Kate Jensen; his great grandchildren, Ryan and Josephine Rabiego; and his siblings, Michael Jensen (Jane) and Billie Hruby (Ken). He is also survived by his loving family and adoring friends.

Due to Sally's fragile physical condition and breathing impairments, she cannot wear a mask for any significant length of time and we want to protect her as best as we can.
