It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penny L. Walters of Waupaca, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 14, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Carol Hirst and Edward Fischer; her significant other Daryl; her siblings, Kathy, Sherry and Patrick; her son Danny; her niece Dana; and her sons-in-law, Paul and Henry.
She is survived by: her children, Tracy Kanaman and Tammy White; her sister Kim Walters (William); and the father of her children Arnold "Butch" Walters. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
