He was predeceased by: his parents, Roderick Richter and Laura Richter (Pagel); and his wife Dorothy Anderson (Olson). He is survived by: his sister Verna Vergenz; and his stepsons, Steve Smith (Val), Paul Smith (Debi) and Marte Smith (Jeanne). He is also survived by grandchildren; great children; nieces and nephews.
