He was predeceased by: his father John H. Nielsen. He is survived by: his mother Jeanne Nielsen (Kouski); his wife Susan Moffitt; his son David (Jill); his sister Julie (Tim); his brothers-in-law, Tim (Elaine), Joel (Jennifer) and Andy (Brynna); his grandchildren, Natalie and Matthew; and his nieces, Krystle (Jason), Ashley (Tim), Courtney (Jim), Chloe (Jack) and Meghan.
