John A. Sopa Obituary
The passing of John A. Sopa of Waupaca, Wisconsin leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on January 30, 2025 at the age of 68. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Severine "Bud" Sopa and Edwina Sopa (Mrochinski); and his siblings, Charlotte Smith, Mark Sopa and Michael Sopa.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Hartsworm; his daughter Amanda Johnson (Carl); his grandchildren, Adyn and Ayla Johnson; and his siblings, Edwin Sopa (Sally), Marvin Sopa, Arelene Goggins (Patrick), Audrey Lubinski (Tom), Don Sopa and Miok Sopa. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and one great great niece.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dahlke Life Celebration Center (101 E Main St, Weyauwega, WI 54983). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Dahlke Funeral & Cremation Care (101 E Main St, Weyauwega, WI 54983).
