She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Lively and Dorothy Lively. She is survived by: her husband James Bernd of Waupaca, WI; her children, David Bernd (Susan) of Social Circle, GA and Sandra Bernd of Marquette, MI; her grandchildren, Katie Norman (Randy) of Social Circle, GA and Drew Bernd (Morgan) of Hoover, AL; and her great grandchildren, Harper Norman, Jack Norman and Finley Bernd.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to the Waupaca Humane Society of Waupaca County 2293 Commercial Dr. Waupaca, WI or the American Saddlebred Rescue group causes close to Joann's heart.
