With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeanne Van Ert of Waupaca, Wisconsin, born in Des Moines, Iowa, who passed away on April 11, 2023 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jeanne Van Ert to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Leo Van Ert; her sister Mary Lee Huser; her brother-in-law Larry Huser; and her brother David Krieg. She is survived by: her daughters, Lori Zelinske of Waupaca, WI and Shelly Irrgang (James) of Trego, WI; her siblings, Carol Breen (Robert) of Scottsdale, AZ, Alan Krieg (Sandra) of McGregor, IA and Sharon Malecki (James) of Sacramento, CA; and her sister-in-law Rose Ann Krieg of La Crosse, WI. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated and funds will be established for EWTN, Waupaca ThedaCare Hospice, St. Mary Magdalene's Religious Education program, and Blessed Sacrament Hermitage.
