She is survived by: her children, Barbara Dopke (Benjamin) and Charles Janusz (Lynn); her daughter-in-law Janis Janusz; her grandchildren, Christopher, Jason, Tyler and Kaitlin; and her siblings, Veronica Reder, Regina Stagray, John Pavlik (Jean), Rita Pavlik, Stephen Pavlik (Janet), Samuel Pavlik (Lynn), Darwin Pavlik (Cheryl) and Darryl Pavlik (Sharon). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
