He is survived by: his children, Helen Wagabaza (Paul) of Middleton, WI, Sharon Cook (James) of House Springs, MO, Gary Moe of Holmen, WI, Nancy Polakowski (Joseph) of Hartford, WI, Dennis Moe (Terri) of Oshkosh, WI and Carrie Mumford (Greg) of Fond. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
