He is survived by: his children, Duane Johnson (Julie) and Diane Midkiff; his grandchildren, Crystal Ristow (Brian), Ryan Johnson (Sara) and Samanth Pinkart (Joe); his siblings, Kenneth, Robert and Lila Champlin (Jim); and his sisters-in-law, Theresa Johnson and Violet Johnson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
