He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Polcyn and Matilda Polcyn (Bartel); his sister Lorraine Disterhaft; and his grandson Simon. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, DuWayne "Duke" Polcyn (Laura), Douglas Polcyn (Wendy), Pamela Mack (Ken), Peter Polcyn and Stanley Polcyn; his stepchildren, Shannon Knapp (Anna), Scott Knapp (Kristin) and Kristopher Knapp (Natasha); his grandchildren, Daniel Polcyn (Jessica), Jason Polcyn (Katie), Casey Polcyn (Rachel), Gabriel Polcyn Caroline Levitt (Jennifer), Faith Levitt and Ronia Levitt; his stepgrandchildren, Dalton Knapp, Heather Spulak (Justin), Tanner Knapp, Chase Knapp, Kayden Knapp, Casey Knapp, Travis Knapp, Timothy Knapp, Chay Knapp, Tyler Knapp, Lily Knapp, Joshua Knapp and Jaide Knapp; his great grandchildren, Finn and Kieran; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Skylar and Levi; his brother Kenneth Polcyn (Rita); and his extended family, Debbie "Sista" and Lisa Katona. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and numerous other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Faith Community Church (N2541 County Rd K, Waupaca, WI 54981). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
