He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Virginia Bastar and Didrickson; his wife Sandy Bastar of Waupaca; his children, Penney Frank (Bill) of Waupaca, Scott Bastar (Janene) of Pine River, Jody Hornes (Chris) of Menasha and Jeff Bastar (Sue) of Weyauwega; his grandchildren, Shane, Christopher, Kayla, Amy, Maddy, Bryce and Brandon; his sister Donna Zuleger (Keith); his cousin Pete Koerwitz (Chuck Webb); and his uncle Elmer DeGroot. He was also cherished by many other relatives and friends.
