He is survived by: his mother Ruth Scherwinski (Pape); his wife Cathy (Hacker); his children, Aaron, Joanne (Justin Timmerman), Kyle (Katia) and Christa (Tim Laughland); his grandchildren, Emme, Audrey, Brielle, Charlotte Scherwinski, Mia, Eli Timmerman, Archer and Sawyer Laughland; and his siblings, Kathy (Kurt Brown), Ron (Lisa), Dan (Pam), Chuck (Anne), Glen (Sema), Ellen (Joe Christensen), Lisa (Jeff Ihn), Donna (Ed Wnuk), John (Diane), Susan (Todd Steffanus), Karen (Darrell Martinez) and Tom (Lia). He is also survived by many Aunts and Uncles, nieces and nephews, and cousins.
