He was predeceased by: his parents, Andy Schouten and Vivian Schouten (Hennessey); his siblings, Andy Schouten and Nancy Matuszeski; his mother-in-law Lois Treder; and his brothers-in-law, Carl Matuszeski and Scott Treder.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Treder; his children, Sara Sandler (Christopher) and Andy Schouten (Amy); his granddaughters, Morgan, Lauren, Syndney Sandler and Sofia Schouten; his nieces and nephews, Carl Matuszeski (Beverly), Michael Matuszeski (Christy), Thomas Matuszeski (Beth), Pamela Tran, Vivian Schouten and Terri Farren (Mark); and his sisters-in-law, Norma Schouten and Kelly Bechard (Dale). He is also survived by cousins, other relatives and friends.
