He was predeceased by: his mother Kathleen Volzka (Weaver); his stepmother Jane Volzka; his son David; and his sister Dawn. He is survived by: his father Donald Volzka; his daughters, Alicia Volzka, Amber Volzka and Crystal Pagano; his sisters, Denise and Jennifer; and his grandchildren, Seth, Peter, Maxx, Benjamin, Jaxxon and Izabella.
