It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles T. Chivers (Waupaca, Wisconsin), who passed away on September 9, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Charles L Chivers and Georgia Chivers; his wife Debbie; his daughters, Stephany (James McBride) and Cassie (Talin Scheuermann); his grandsons, Charlie and Zion Scheuermann; his daughter Carley; his grandson Colson; and his sisters, Diana Baker, Cheryl Harris and Londa Farrell.

Donations to. Special Touch Ministry (http://www.specialtouch.org) can be made in lieu of flowers, for Debbie and the rest of the ministry leadership to continue the ministry work to people with disabilities that was a big part of Charlie's heart and vision.
